ISTAF Trophy

“Mondo” Duplantis and Marcell Jacobs have a good chance of winning the overall title, Nadine Visser is planning to defend her title – and Malaika Mihambo is going into the “final” as the big favourite in the long jump: After the great success in the premiere year 2021, the ISTAF stars are again chasing the ISTAF Trophy in 2022. At the ISTAF on 4 September 2022 in the Berlin Olympic Stadium, it will be decided who gets to take the trophy home this time. The athletes who collect the most points in the six INDOOR disciplines (60 m/100 m M/F; 60 m/110 m hurdles M; 60 m/100 m hurdles F; long jump F; pole vault M) at the two ISTAF INDOORs in Berlin and Düsseldorf and at the ISTAF in the Berlin Olympic Stadium will win this special award. Eight points are awarded for each victory, five points for second place – and one point for sixth place. The ISTAF Trophy has a total prize money of 30,000 US dollars (6 x 5,000).
